How might a session look?

The styles

Vinyasa Flow sessions, aiming to use our bodies to focus our minds. To get our heart rate up a bit and get a bit of a sweat on. Consisting mostly of postures (asana)

Restorative sessions, aiming to restore our body and minds to a balanced point. Consisting of postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama) and some time to sit still.

Meditation and mind work, aimed to slow us down and prepare our minds for the stress of service. Consists of sitting still. Allowing ourselves that time. Focusing on our breath.
